Introduction: I have been a Personal Trainer since 2009. I primarily focus on functional fitness training & wellness, general fitness, and occasional bootcamp classes. I have worked with various populations and I am passionate about what I do and helping the general public and fitness enthusiasts reach their goals. I will bring my experience and your workout right to your home where you do not have to go to a gym and pay for a membership or a “high priced” trainer. Whether you are fitness experienced or a beginner, I will build you up and get you there. The costs are reasonable, but I am SERIOUS about your goals. I will keep it fun and keep you engaged. Fitness is my passion and I want it to be your’s too. Since we are still in the midst of the COVID 19 pandemic, I am doing video/remote consultations to make things easier for the potential client. However, I am still doing In-person/In-home training if it is convenient. I am open to doing outdoor locations for training if safety is an issue to the potential customer. “KEEP PUSHING, AND REMEMBER YOUR GOALS.” I look forward to working with you and I hope I hear from you all soon. Patrick is a good trainer. He is very professional and also cares about his clients and their well being. He is very understanding and easy to work with. He comes well prepared for the class with a workout program customized towards my goals. He keeps an account of my progress. Every session is getting more challenging than the previous one as he walks me towards my goal. He is warm and encouraging, I feel like the hour goes by too fast. I am glad I choose "Change of pace" and I would gladly recommend Patrick to my family and friends
