- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I may charge one price for walking your pet and another if you want me to care for them in my home or your home while you are away. If you want me to take in packages, change the water bowls or empty the cat box that is included in the price for walking your dog.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the person informs me they would like to chat to find out specific details we both agree on when to meet face to face.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do not have special training other then watching animal shows of Vets taking care of different animals and canine/feline training TV shows.
