Outstanding experience all the way through. The sales consult was very informative and there was zero pressure. I appreciated the transparency about their pricing and their process. Very fair pricing and great product. The communication up to and including installation was perfect - they kept us informed every step of the way. The install was excellent! The team was super considerate, friendly, respectful of our property, they were a joy to have in our home. They are very detailed oriented and conscientious. We recently had the Thermalast 450 windows installed by the team at The Men with Tools. The process went very smooth, from our first meeting with Matt, to the windows installation which was only a couple weeks time. Very quick.Matt let us know what was going on throughout the whole process, which I really appreciated. I love the quality of the windows and the lifetime warranty, which is also transferable. They look great. The cost is higher than the average, but felt it was worth the cost due to the quality, window efficiency, and the lifetime warranty. Will see how much we save on energy costs, now that winter is approaching, and the windows are in. Thanks to everyone at The Men with Tools. Sincerely, The Hennessy 's.

I hired The Men with Tools to replace my front door after dealing with constant drafts from an improperly installed one for years. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The team took very precise measurements to make sure the new door would fit perfectly.On installation day, Adrian and his coworker were professional, meticulous, and clearly took pride in their work. They double-checked every detail, sealed the insulation completely, and made sure the framing looked clean and finished.The difference is night and day, no more drafts and the door looks great! I highly recommend The Men with Tools to anyone who wants their exterior door installed correctly the first time
