The product meets the highest standards and the install team was so pleasant to work with!They were very professional, explaining every detail of the install and operation of the windows and did a perfect cleanup!Do your homework if you are in the market for windows. Wonderful experience dealing with The Men with Tools. The guys settled my nerves when explaining the process of the replacements. I have nothing but positive things to say about the guys that came to install my windows. Alvin, Bill, Luis, and Mikey were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They came in and started to work immediately. They took the time to answer questions during the process and in the end I am nothing but happy with the outcome. We recently had the Thermalast 450 windowsinstalled by the team at The Men with Tools. The process went very smooth, from our first meeting with Matt, to the windowsinstallation which was only a couple weeks time. Very quick.Matt let us know what was going on throughout the whole process, which I really appreciated. I love the quality of the windows and the lifetime warranty, which is also transferable. They look great. The cost is higher than the average, but felt it was worth the cost due to the quality, window efficiency, and the lifetime warranty.
