- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our estimates are comprehensive, line itemized and represent our full-service offerings. Everything discussed will be easy to pin point, including fees and taxes, and there’s nothing “left to the imagination”.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will obtain all the necessary information to create an estimate and give the client time to evaluate, ask questions, make tweaks to the menu, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of the staff here have a minimum of 5 years of experience. Our most senior cook has been "in the business" for as long as some staff members have been alive!
