Once the job has been completed, a quarterly or bi-yearly check-ins can be conducted to make sure you are staying organized. Reliable Organization Services (ROS) helps customers to reduce anxiety by determining what is truly essential to keep vs. what can be donated or thrown away. Often times totally crammed closets or overflowing homes cause more stress, thats why R.O.S is here. R.O.S. can help you get your clutter or unpacking/packing completed in a timely fashion once and for all. I just had the most amazing experience with Ebony and Paul. I just moved in to my new home and had a basement full of boxes to open and organize. Ebony and Paul did most of the job in such a short space of time. I loved that they were very efficient. Once I showed them the house and explained how I wanted things organized, they did the job while I was putting my toddlers to bed.. Thanks so much for the absolutely wonderful job that you guys did!

Ebony and Résa changed my entire Kitchen in one day! My cupboards were over full, I have no space to put things. I had drawers that would not open and every other organizational disaster. When w did the final walk thru, I smiled! My coffee tea area was organized, things were put away neatly with space to boot; in addition, they cleaned as they went so that everything was put away ready to be used! The ladies were so pleasant and professional! Job Excellently done and I will certainly be using them again. Highly recommended! The absolute best💖🤗📸

Someone everyone needs in their life! If you are looking to declutter and organize a space in your home you have found the right company!!! Ebony is just amazing. I requested an organizer on thumbtack and didn’t even think people like this existed! I have lived in my home for 12 years and always tried my best to keep things in order but being restricted on time and life in itself starts to create clutters in the home. Before you know it it’s something that stresses you to no end & the loss of functionality starts to overflow into other parts of the house. Where does this go?? Where should I put this at? Rrrrrr, just throw it in the drawer or here or there. Before you know it you’re losing things, buying other things because you can’t find anything anymore!! Sprinkle in the rest of the family and life’s clutter feast is enough to drive you insane. That is basically what happened to me. I reached out on thumbtack and was sent a declutter angel!! Like I said I didn’t know people like this existed. It was late in the evening and I quickly got responses back all seemed to be automated but not Ebony! Fate would have her on my side. We were messaging back and forth and then she said she’d call me in 2 minutes!! The initial phone conversation consisted of a series of simply questions. She was professional and gave enough detail to get a sense of my specific needs! She gave me a few options so she could review my spaces of concern. I opted for an in home visit so she can truly get a sense of my needs and the results I was looking for. The visit went well and the way she viewed my space one could tell she knew exactly what she needed to do! Her pricing was competitive and worth every penny. We went over both mine and her scheduling availability and set a date to start. The end result was just like we initially met. My clutter angel delivered all she promised. The dressing room is just amazing!!!!! Neat, clean and what a sense of relief!!! I have rehired her to do my basement and my bathroom closet. Her and her team are a must have!!! So glad I met the right person the 1st time!!! Thank you so very much!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can be based on a consultation where the job is assessed and products needed are recommended. This visit can be conducted in person, over the phone, FaceTime or Skype meeting. For the in home consultations, Ebony will schedule a convenient time to travel to your home and provided an estimate (Statement of Work) a few days following the visit. If hired, work can begin shortly there after.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In starting a project for a new client, first it’s important to listen to what the client wants to accomplish. After the evaluation has been conducted, it’s then important to address all of the clients pain points by letting them know how you can help and reduce their anxiety and stress. Once the project starts, make sure throughout the process that the client is pleased. After the project has ended, within 30-60 days, conduct the client to make sure the client has been able to maintain the processes put into place.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) certified based on completing essential courses to expand my knowledge and expertise. Networking and involved in my local chapter of NAPO.
