LGH was very proactive in reaching out on Thumbtack, so I scheduled for them to visit on 6/2/23. They arrived on time and were great as far as measuring, evaluating and discussing details and possible alternative designs to the somewhat complex bump-out and car port I wish to build. But here I am now on 7/17/23 and I haven't heard a word. I messaged them on Thumbtack to please let me know what is going on; either an estimate or declination if they are not interested. Crickets. If this is the contractor "honeymoon" phase I cannot imagine what it would be like if a deposit was given. Such a shame, because they were nice guys who seemed very knowledgeable and were local.
