I worked with Sydney as a coach over a 2 year period. She is absolutely the most insightful, talented coach I have met. She brings a combination of tangible tools and incredible interpersonal skills that are unique. I have had the privilege of working with Sydney for a long time. She has acted as both a personal coach for me and as mentor as I entered the counseling business. She is fun, professional, extremely intelligent yet personable, and gets results. Her vast experience enables her to relate to all professions, backgrounds and interests. She is able to quickly frame a situation and provide direction for all types of issues. I would highly recommend working with her, you would not be disappointed!

I am a coach myself and though I haven't worked extensively with Sydney in a 'coaching relationship' I have gotten peer coaching from her on occasion (usually critical moments in my life) and her insights have always proven invaluable. She was able to help me to see my own truth in the midst of an emotionally charged life change which enabled me to envision and follow a new path and create shifts that have been delightful and rewarding. I highly recommend her!

    I attract clients who are ready to wake up and take action. I work with individuals, couples and groups who have a vision for positive, effective and exciting change and are overwhelmed or needing support to get from A to B. I enjoy offering my presence and authenticity for mutual discoveries that lead to lasting transformation. Groups often hire me to come in and do culture or communication "make-overs.
