I am a Sommelier with over 15 years experience in some of the most prestigious, boundary-pushing and exciting restaurants in the nation. I am passionate about wine but have the philosophy that "if it's not fun, you're doing it wrong". I have worked in 5 Star / 5 Diamond Hotels, restaurants with multiple Michelin Stars as well as more "hipster" environments and feel comfortable operating in any space. I am available for both professional and personal services. For personal services I can provide online tastings, at-home parties, wine tastings, classes and events. I especially enjoy the intersection of food and wine. I can help you build your restaurant or retail store wine list and help train your staff as well as help design your storage.
