Ken saved me. Basement flood due to a damaged sump pump and he first virtually consulted me late on a Sunday night and then showed up Monday morning to install and configure a new set up to avoid future issues. Reasonably priced and a true pro.

Called Ken out after two previous plumbers wouldn’t take my concerns seriously with a leaking draft inducer. He called me the night before to brainstorm and made me feel heard, showed up promptly the next morning and got it sorted without issue. Cleaning up other professional’s handiwork is costing me $$, but I know it’ll be fixed right with Ken and I’m glad to have met someone local and reliable. Plus someone to talk guitar with while he works is a bonus.
