Shirley is a naturally caring person, from the start she paid attention to detail, and made my vision come to life ! Very detail oriented and she handled me with patience and care ! Highly recommend you hiring her as a decorator she did an incredible job !! Everyone was blown away. Just looking at the photos I’ll always remember this moment and how much more beautiful she made it thank you Shirley ! Will def hire her for all my balloon parties !
