- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I aim to be fair in my pricing and try to truly understand the client and their vision before providing any type of $$ numbers. Ask about our Spring Refresh Package!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically ask for photos of the desired area or piece they'd like work to be done on, I try to get an idea of their budget, how urgent the project is and if they ask for my opinion or feedback, I'll be happy to provide it! From there I send a proposal normally within 12-24 hours of first contact.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been certified by the PWNA on house washing, roof cleaning, wood cleaning/refinishing and flat work pressure washing (concrete, pavers etc)
