I am currently a student home inspector who had the privilege of shadowing Brad while he completed a few inspections. He is extremely organized, intelligent, and cares about his work. Brad is an inspector that thoroughly communicates with his clients, and I was truly impressed with how he explained his findings to home-buyers. Every house is bound to have at least a couple of "issues", and Brad stands out because he will be straight-forward about them while proposing the best possible solutions/precautions. You can trust him to be reliable and have integrity. Although he's a busy home inspector, he takes the time to answer questions and provide guidance to home-buyers as well as students who he trains to get the job done the RIGHT way.

I had my home inspected in 2021 by Brad. Red flags should have gone off when he arrived before our scheduled time. He was already halfway done with the inspection of a 2500 sq ft home.He missed so much on our inspection. A window was l leaking and completely rotted out. The cause? No flashing on the roof. The part of our roof is visibly accessible through the second story and our tiered back yard.Additionally, the shower mixing valve had been leaking for years. There was some signs of paint peeling. Our baseboard was leaking for years. There was termite damage from a previous infestation that was literally open and visible with a little digging. All of the plumbing was leaking. My here was a rodent infestationOur boiler hadnt been serviced for
