I have contacted Tom via Thumbstack to get help with a addressing a dispute caused by one of the contractors. Tom quickly responded to my request and patiently listened to my version of story, reviewed the emails and text messages between me and my contractor, and quickly understood the problem. He responded to the contractor with a perfect letter detailing out all the facts and incidents, which resulted the contractor to come to an agreement. He also helped with settlement agreement. He does not comprehend what you say to him he misrepresented everything I said to the person I was going against. Did not research the laws regarding my situation. And upon contacting the opposing party he multiplied the financial figure by four times which is no wonder why the gentleman never returned a phone call . And after he made the phone call he did not even return a call to me I had to call him 4 days later. I would not recommend him at all this was a very simple procedure that he couldn't handle
