If you are looking for a bookkeeper, look no further. Ellory is a perfect fit for any business. I have found her to be honest, timely, willing to explain things so that I understand (a biggie for me.) She is always willing to help, and even got back in touch while she was on vacation!! She works well with our accountant and always makes sure the corrections from my mess ups are easy to find and understand. If I could give her 10 stars I would.

10 star rating if I could! We were having issues with migration from a desktop version to an online version of our software. Although friendly, we got nowhere with customer service. So on a whim we found some names on Linkedin and reached out to see if someone could help. Of the 6 people on the email, Independent Bookkeeping is the only one that responded. She couldn't have been MORE helpful in understanding our issues and giving her honest opinion about the software problems and other programs...there was no beating around the bush which is honestly like a breath of fresh air! Professional and responsive, I would 100% recommend their services!!
