What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speak to them over the phone about the specifics of the home and about any concerns they may have. Offer them many options for days and time slots for an inspection. Morning, afternoon, or early evening after work.

Graduated from Middlesex County Vocational & Technical school with a diploma in Carpentry & Construction.
