James and his team did an expectional work!!! On a short notice, James delivered and had the 65" Qseries TV wall mounted along with sound bar and 60" electric fireplace. Initial visit came along during the (Labor day) long weekend to review our tv/speaker/component needs for our home. We discussed many options, costs and time table. James did'nt rush thru and spent a lot of time going over our options which we truly appreciate. He offered us the TV and Full motion wall mount for an unbeatable price. When James team arrived, they were courteous, did a clean/neat job, cleaned up after installation and took old components no longer needed. It was an absolute joy to work with and look forward to doing more business with On-Site Security in the near future.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Included in our pricing is a lifetime guarantee on all labor, as well as access to our 24 hour emergency phone line. We offer a discount for Veterans as well for cash/check payments. We love our country and appreciate those who have stood to protect it.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We try to make the process as simple as possible. Everyday jobs such as TV mounting we do not need a walk thru, just the basics, TV size and location, we can easily provide a price and time of install as we complete hundreds of those every month. Larger jobs we like to set up a meeting either at our offices or where ever you feel most comfortable so you can feel comfortable with us and what we represent. At our offices you can see our team attitude and core values at work naturally on a day to day basis. After that we can complete a walk thru of the property and involve architects, designers (if required) and go from there.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Our staff is fully trained and attends classes monthly to keep up with new technology, local and state codes. Most companies you come across will not require this, but we find this is essential to always keep an ever expanding knowledge of our industry and keep us above the curve.
