Our Kickboxing classes consists of a wide variety of interval training using calisthenics (squats, push-ups, sit-ups, mountain climbers and burpees) followed by striking techniques for optimum fitness and general self-defense. You will learn to live a healthy life and be able to protect yourself. I love to workout, I love to meet new people and I love helping anyone that wants to change thier lives and live a healthier. I think both fitness and self defense should be part of everyone daily life. They both provide longevity and security in one way or another.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes, it's pretty simple. Adult's Tuition - $129 monthly Youth Tuition - $99 Drop in Rate $20 Private Training: $50 - $85 You pay month-to-month and cancel anytime. Payments are setup on ACH/EFT.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Martial arts Training: We ask you to come by, try and check out a class. Then we talk about goals and expectation. If you like what we offer, then we sign you up. First payment cash, after that it's EFT/ACH from your bank or credit card. Private Training: We schedule a meet and greet to discuss goals and expectation. Next we schedule a trial session. If your goal is fitness then we do assessment, body composition and a fitness test. Finally, we schedule where we're going to meet along the days and time we will train.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have multiple certifications in both fitness and martisl arts. I'm a certified Muay Thai Fitness Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, Instructor Level in Jeet Kune Do, Filipino Kali, Edge Weapons and Self-Defense.
