I have more than 20 years experience. I'm an Engineer by training and understand both the hardware and software sides of the problem. I guarantee my work and there is no charge unless I solve the problem. There is no charge to diagnose the issue.
In your specific case, when you say that the macbook isn't turning on, does that mean that there is no display at all (no logos,chime, nothing on screen, no fans etc) or do you mean that it's not booting successfully (no login screen). Shelly is an excellent computer technician. He was very upfront and clear about the process as well as his pricing structure. He stays in contact with you while he works on your computer and everything went as planned. I took my computer apart to clean the fan, not realizing how complicated it would be to put back together, then my computer stopped working. Shelly fixed it speedily at a fair rate and was extremely friendly.
