FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in straightforward, all-inclusive pricing. When I provide an estimate, the cost of professional labor, high-quality materials, and any necessary project logistics are completely built into the total price. The number you see on the quote is the number you pay, with no surprise fees or extra line items added on at the end.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I respect my clients’ time, so I prefer to start by gathering the project details upfront to ensure we are a good fit. Once I understand the scope and verify the budget, I provide a comprehensive, itemized quote. If everything looks good, we schedule the work and get it done efficiently, safely, and cleanly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a US Army veteran, discipline and attention to detail are at the core of how I operate. Professionally, I have extensive technical experience working with complex mechanical and electrical systems, as well as aerial work platforms, which translates to a high level of mechanical aptitude on the job. I am also currently in the final stages of securing my New Jersey Home Improvement Contractor (HIC) license.
