Angela tackled a deep cleaning after a clumsy renovation that left my house an absolute mess. She was responsive from the first contact. Angela work ethic exceeded my expectation. I contacted her to clean a very very unkept apartment for a relative. Upon entering the apartment she actually “gasped” at seeing the “mess”. She assessed what needed to be done and “ got to it”. When I returned later that day, I couldn’t believed how she transformed what turned out to be a challenging “job”. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing are affordable and base on each individual needs. Cleaning of refrigerators, ovens and interior of windows are special projects and are priced differently.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process for working with a new customer is to listen, take notes and understand what the customer needs are. I always want to meet with the customer and do a walk through so I better understand the task ahead and prepare to wow that customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the hotel industry as a housekeeper for 6 years and during those years I have done specific courses as it relates to my job along with special trainings and work shops.
