So the cleaning crew arrived on time. They did a great job with my bedrooms and living/ dinning room but when it came to the bathroom and kitchen they missed the mark. When I texted the lady about not cleaning some things on the actual checklist she provided me she didn’t seem to believe me and requested pics. When I sent her the pictures showing my floors weren’t mopped, the dirty bathtub, and the kitchen cabinets that weren’t wiped down all she did was apologize. She never offered to come back and clean it nor did she offer a discount on the next visit. Mind you I paid $300!! Needless to say I won’t be using their devices anymore.

First I welcome you to the company and for choosing me and then I went on to give an appointment face to face if possible and evaluate the client's needs and proceed to provide accompaniment and follow-up.
