Personal Pilates

I work one on one with individuals in a private setting and am well versed in the exercises and teach to the clients needs. I want my clients to feel successful and as a teacher I utilizing different techniques to help a client succeed at an exercise, making it challenging yet doable. I love working privately with clients, helping them to gain a better understanding of themselves and Pilates. It is extremely rewarding when a client tells them how much you have helped them.
