I do not want to list your home or sell you a home. I am a licensed real estate agent for now over 20 years. I no longer list homes or represent buyers or sellers. I can meet with you, or speak to you on the phone, and provide you the best advice in selling, or buying a home. I can provide you with information of market conditions, what you can do to improve your home to obtain more money, and even find you a local qualified agent, mortgage company, title company, and inspectors to assist you with your particular needs. I am more of a real estate consultant and coach now, and do not actively working as an active real estate agent (semi-Retired). If you’re looking for advice, and just do not were to turn, or even start, I can assist you simply as your real estate “consultant” so that you have a fair and experienced third party opinion to uncover your best options when selling or buying. I am extremely experienced in distress sales, divorces, first time buyers, investments, flips, foreclosures and estate sales. I can give you real objective advice, that a realtor or real estate professional simply looking to get your business may not provide you. If you’re an agent, I also provide coaching services. All payments are paid directly to my active brokerage firm. Consulting fee is only $100. Very affordable when it could be your largest investment ever!
