- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer my services also as Professional Tradesman/handyman with a range starting at $55to $65.00 hrly with minimum hour rate., includes (carpentry,framing,sheetrock, spackel, masonry, stone, tile,all electric to current code, all plumbing to current code ) excavation and tree removal job pricing only.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At first I will ensure you that my professionalism, in depth knowledge, multi skill teade,safty and cleanliness will meet your expectations. As a new customer I will provide you with concrete refrences, such as top realtor producers, business owners, and home owners. Next we discuss in detail design, approach, time frames,"the do"s and don'ts , product types, and costs. I will also provide you with a weekly artinarary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years of costruction management of residential, industrial , commercial and multi family renovation/remodeling services. I have also provided my services for kitchen and bathroom companies/show rooms,from Totowa to Longbranch . I
