Chef Nirva and her husband helped make my mom’s 75th birthday dinner everything my brother and I could hope for. My father suffers from dementia and taking him out to eat can be incredibly difficult and especially exhausting for my mom. Seeing that it was her birthday and we didn’t want her to have to lift a finger, we decided that bringing the restaurant style food to our home was the best solution for her special birthday. Chef created a heart felt, incredibly delicious meal. Everything was cooked to perfection! The amount of options she gave us for each course made it easy ti find something that the entire family would enjoy. Plus, my son has food allergies and she made sure he could eat everything she prepared. What made this experience even more special, Chef and her husband responded quickly to all of my emails, arrived to my home exactly when they said they would, were understanding and compassionate of our situation, and when we were all done, they cleaned every inch of the kitchen. I didn’t have to do anything! We can’t thank them enough for the wonderful experience and it made my mother’s 75th birthday more special than we could imagine! Thank you, Chef!

I booked Chef Nirva for my birthday dinner in the Poconos for a party of 12 people in September . It was a 3-course meal but she was able to accommodate any requests I had which was lovely! Chef Nirva’s food knocked it out of the park. Her gnocchi with duck ragout was AMAZING and I’m usually not a huge fan of gnocchi but this was definitely one of the exceptions. Her lamb and steak was superb and let me just say, the chocolate lava dessert of hers was wonderful. (Might be one of the best I’ve had ngl) - While my friends and I were eating the chocolate dessert, we kept commenting how shockingly delicious this was even from those who don’t usually eat lots of sweets. She made my dinner truly memorable and i will definitely book her again in the future :) All of my friends were impressed of how fast she and her husband cooked all the food for 12 people and how well she cleaned up afterwards. It allowed us to relax and get our night activities started immediately. I’ve hired a private chef once before for a family style buffet type of dinner last year so I was curious as to how a multi-course dinner would go. And I’m happy to say, Chef Nirva won me over because of how well she executed everything. *really wish I could include videos to show more of the dinner :’)

We had the most spectacular time with Chef Nirva and her husband. Everything was seamless when working with them. From start to finish. They were a pleasure to have and made the most delicious 4 course meal perfectly curated for the bachelorette dinner party of my dreams. The weekend would not have been the same without them.

I hired Chef Llorca for a private dinner with five friends, and the experience exceeded all of our expectations. From the start, Chef Llorca was incredibly responsive and accommodating, providing a thoughtfully curated menu with multiple options to choose from.

We chose the cooking class format, and it was a total highlight—Chef Llorca not only guided us through each dish with expertise, but also patiently answered all of our (many!) questions along the way. The dinner itself was absolutely delicious, and to top it all off, the team left our kitchen spotless.

I put together a request for a private chef for my very good friend’s (former boss/2nd mother) surprise birthday dinner, for the next day for eight people. I didn’t really think this was going to be a possibility, but almost immediately Nirva responded and said she was interested. We spoke on the phone within minutes, settled on a three course meal, and she said she would send over a menu with options to my email. Within a very short time frame, I had a menu of about 8-10 choices of a starter, entree, and a dessert to mix and match however I wanted. We chose and I even asked if she could substitute two sides and she had no problem with that. I paid the deposit, signed the contract, and the next night went off without a hitch. Her and her sous chef husband, Guillaume, showed up at the decided 5pm arrival time for a 7pm dinner. They used our kitchen and plates, but brought some of their own stuff and also their own dessert plates since it was prob a serving dish not common to many people. At 7 pm, we were served our delicious starter. Impeccable. The main entree of scallops was mouth watering and our dessert, a no bake crème brûlée cheesecake, was so delicious (chosen bc crème brûlée is my friend’s favorite), she said it was the BEST crème brûlée she’s ever had! Nirva and her husband were both personable, funny, and professional. It was perfectly executed. A beautiful culinary feast while also not being too stuffy. It was exactly what I was looking for. They cleaned up the entire kitchen and left it as they received it. My friend remarked to multiple people that this was the best birthday ever (her 63rd!!). Because of the quality time spent with her family and the gourmet meal we had cooked for us in our home, by Nirva and Guillaume, my second mother/friend had a never to be replicated night. I could not be more pleased with their services and would not hesitate to hire them again. Worth every penny!
