I am a former Exec Sous Chef at Bobby Flay’s restaurant in NYC. I️ have over 14 years cooking in a restaurant industry. I am now a personal chef and I conduct cooking classes. I run a small business with my husband a French chef. We aim to give you restaurant experience in the comfort of your home or business. I love working with seasonal and natural foods. I have Caribbean background which can been seen in some of my dishes.
I️ create custom menus for my clients. I offer individual and group classes. I also offer date night, dinner parties, brunch etc. I have experience in fine dinning but I prefer to work with simple ingredients to create complex dishes. We make everything from scratch from dressing to homemade pasta.

Chef Nirva is incredibly talented and she truly made our bachelorette dinner a night we won’t forget. Every single bite was delicious and mouth watering. The flavor, texture, and presentation were perfection. It is very obvious that Chef Nirva has extensive experience and has mastered her work. We have some Caesar salad connoisseurs in our group, with a list ranking the best Caesar salads in nyc…. and every single one of us said Chef Nirva’s Caesar salad was the best we’ve had. The steak was unreal, it melted in your mouth and had a sauce so good, I could’ve licked it off of the plate. And I’ll be dreaming of that lava cake for awhile! It’s been a week and our group is still talking about how amazing the meal was. We all keep saying how badly we want another meal by Chef Nirva. If we have the opportunity, we would hire her again in a heartbeat.

Chef Nirva did not disappoint AT ALL. She cooked an amazing dinner for my 20 family members and friends for my 50th birthday. Everything was tasty. My guests couldn’t stop talking about the meal. The snapper was amazing along with the stew chicken (my 2 favs) the entire meal was fantastic. I’m so happy that I chose Chef Nirva. Her and her husband were amazing.

Nirva & her husband were a great team! The food was incredible; everything mouth watering! (The pork belly was unreal!) Their service was thoughtful and so smooth. They also left the kitchen cleaner than they found it which was a lovely bonus! 10/10 would recommend!!

Chef Nirva is absolutely amazing! She and her husband provided a dream dining experience for me and my family. The food was exquisite and left us all wanting more. Such a memorable meal!
