Hired Stephen for a 2 tier baseboard and shoe molding install in a single room. The job was quickly completed, done wonderfully, and efficiently. Stephen's attitude and vibe we're just extremely positive from the initial consult to the finishing of the project. There is a difference between a person who thinks they CAN do something and a person who KNOWS how to do it. If you want to see that difference hire this Handyman (1 before picture, 2 after)

First impressions mean everything! Steve's work & personality were a 10. We have used several handyman & find Steve to be one of the best yet. He installed a door for us. The work he did went above & beyond our expectations. We will definitely be hiring him again to do more jobs around the house. Good help is hard to find these days. We are truly satified with this Pro.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job I work on… I work on it like I was doing it for my own home. This is why I price jobs by a flat rate, and not by the hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the customer, in person, to both get to know the customer and review the project, so I can deliver the most accurate estimate possible. Estimates are free unless my schedule is booked up and you need me to squeeze you in somewhere. If you are charged an estimate fee (non-refundable), that fee will be taken off the total invoiced bill, when you book the job with Handyman All Trades. Lastly, to secure a date and time, I require a 50% down payment prior to the start date and the remainder is due upon completion.
