What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are fair and reasonable for being 24/7 - 7 days a week and fast same day appointments. Please note - We have a fee for same day cancellations *$25 same day cancellation fee” this can be paid via Venmo, Zelle, PayPal. *********************************************************. This needs to be paid within the same day as the canceled appointment/booking
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
