Keep in mind that I charge a service fee of $150 for each visit out to your home. Leak detection costs 350$ (not visible one). Opening 2x2’ of sheetrock included, any extra openings 50$ per opening. If you choose to do the job with me later, I take the fee away from the total, if the price for labor and material will work at the time of me assessing the job there will be no service fee (If its an emergency or after work hours inspection fee is not waived). Let's begin by stating the fact. Stan is a young individual, with amazing skills, and he has bundles of knowledge as a plumber. Most importantly he is honest. The quality which is hard to find in such businesses these days. I initially contacted three top well-known plumbing companies in NJ for fixing the 60 year-old shower diverter. All three told me that the only way they could replace the old diverter was to create an access from the wall behind. Basically, the 60 year-old tiled wall needed to be destroyed which meant that it would cost me more money and time for fixing the wall. However he was able to fix it all perfectly, functionally as well as cosmetically without even a piece of tile needed to be replaced...! (See the pics) He will be the first one to ask for any plumbing issues in future.

Absolutely fantastic work. Stanley is our new go-to plumber. We have more jobs that we will be contacting him about soon. He installed our new GE Profile 2 in 1 Combo Washer/Dryer hook-ups, and they are clean and done perfectly. He was prompt and professional. Stanley was able to efficiently replace and repair incorrect piping and drain work that was done by a prior contractor. He also installed the new kitchen faucet, and spent extra time working on it when he pointed out there may have been a defect in the manufacturer provided hose. Was able to schedule quickly also!

I've hired Stanley twice within the last year to address some plumbing issues in our old Victorian building. Our first issue arose from a broken outdoor spigot. I called and emailed a few places and I found a wide range of prices for the job. I wanted to ensure that I was getting a fair price and a quality plumber. After coming across Stanley's thumbtack file and combing over all of his reviews I decided to hire him. He came, inspected the job, and provided a fair price. He recommended installing an emergency shut-off valve as well. The job was done the same day and the work was stellar. The 2nd issue occurred after my spouse decided she wanted a new shower head, spout, and valve handle. After watching some YouTube DIY videos, I decided to give it a shot. It didn't turn out well, to say the least...and I ended up breaking the valve gasket while I was removing the temp gauge handle. I texted Stanley with some photos and a video of the issues and he provided another fair price. We set up a day/time for the job. Stanley and his colleague completed the job within a few hours. He also tightened our toilet bolts when he noticed they weren't as secure as they should be. In short, I'm very pleased with Stanley. He does great work and he is very professional. He will be our go-to plumber for our condo as well as our building. Thanks Again
