I am recommending Mr. Christian Valerio, V Locksmith to do any and all your of locksmith needs. He is a consumer friendly, professional and a licensed Locksmith. Mr. Valerio assisted us with two different apartment door problems. The costly mortise locks were not operational. However, after being "serviced" by Mr. Valerio, the locks work like new. The neighborhood Locksmith had suggested to replace them with two new mortise locks with their service at a cost which was really not necessary. It was pure good fortune to have the experience and the knowledgeable Mr. Valerio repair the problem without breaking the bank. My lock somehow started shifting in the door frame and ended up getting stuck and locking me out of the house. V Locksmith came to the rescue quickly and had me back inside. I had my lock changed even though he said it wasn't really necessary (I appreciated the honesty) but i felt it was time. This was all done so quickly and with white glove service..... I would not hesitate to call them again.

Christian was very professional and helpful with my case, which was tricky and even came by without charging me when he couldn't fix it as expected. He came back and got me a deal on a high security lock with card, and was honest about the lock I had and problems it has because it is a bit of a "mix and match". I also appreciated the professionalism that he never came all the way inside the apartment since there was no reason to do so, and was very responsive via text message. Would definitely call him again!
