FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To give customers value-based pricing, I generally work on a flat-fee basis, with an up front quote. But this means I need to know all the details about the job in order to give a fair quote. I need to know job specs, how much work/time will be involved, how many are being produced, etc. With all of the details, I can give clients an accurate up-front price so they can budget for the project and not get any unexpected changes later.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to the customer first and get an idea of the goals they have for their company, and discuss how my services and/or the product they are looking for will help to achieve those goals. This way we are in agreement and have the objectives clearly in mind as to what results the customer is looking for from the design and marketing services I will be providing.
