What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To give customers value-based pricing, I generally work on a flat-fee basis, with an up front quote. But this means I need to know all the details about the job in order to give a fair quote. I need to know job specs, how much work/time will be involved, how many are being produced, etc. With all of the details, I can give clients an accurate up-front price so they can budget for the project and not get any unexpected changes later.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to the customer first and get an idea of the goals they have for their company, and discuss how my services and/or the product they are looking for will help to achieve those goals. This way we are in agreement and have the objectives clearly in mind as to what results the customer is looking for from the design and marketing services I will be providing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We know how to listen to you and understand your needs and objectives, and then turn that into a creative visual piece that will get results. Since we are truly professional in what we do, so we are not the least expensive. We are looking to partner with clients who understand the value of professional design services in terms of the level and quality of communication to prospects. The better you communicate, the more sales can result. This is what we do.
