I had an incredible experience with pictures 2 digital. I live in California and I was worried about shipping all the way to New Jersey, USPS was taking longer than expected Sending my VHS tapes there. Alan was in constant contact with me to update me if he had received the tapes, he even contacted his postal area to try to help me find them. Once arrived, he finished the work so quickly, and helped me give the best Christmas gift I ever could to my parents! The quality, value and constant communication was top-notch! I highly recommend using Alan for your digital needs!

The conversion from VHS to DVD went very well. The cost was the lowest I found and the delivered DVDs were in a case and each DVD was labeled. Was not expecting that which was a very nice added bonus. Highly recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices for scanning and video transferring are based on quantity. The more to copy or scan, the lower the price per item. Video editing is based on estimated time to completion.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Video editing, I collaborate with my customer via Zoom, Teamview or other collaborative methods to make sure I execute my customers' vision.
For scanning pictures and video tape transfers, I communicate as each step has been completed including receipt of their material and tracking of the return shipment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the Digital Film Academy in New York City. I have produced video slideshows for schools and individuals on topics from Video Yearbook to Memorial tributes to gifts for major events like wedding, anniversaries and birthdays. I have created videos for sales training and company conventions. I have filmed and edited weddings, bridal showers and a short film.
