As an accredited event designer and certified event and wedding planner, my work truly shows my unique approach to creating not just celebrations but experiences! Nova Original Events is a full-service event design and planning company that takes what would have been an ordinary celebration to the out of the ordinary. For every celebration, we will create a style that is unique to the client. Combining elements of color, texture, lighting and design to establish a unique experience. We welcome challenges. We are dedicated to 100% customer service. We work with our clients via face-to-face consultations, followed with emails, phone calls, and Skype. Once you have hired us, no question is too small or mundane for our attention. When designing an event, the overall look and small details are most important!

Novella's work is excellent however her attitude could be a lot better. Prior to and during us coming to an agreement her attitude was professional and her demeanor was pleasant however after the event when she came back to disassemble things her attitude was unprofessional and standoffish. It appeared as if she was saying no need to be nice now the job is complete. And for that I would not use her again. I hate to post this review but that left a very bad taste in my mouth and I had no intentions of posting my experience but then I received this request for a review.

Novella was able to understand what I had in mind, and then bring it to life. She made countless phone calls and emails, assuring me of her commitment to my event. She was professional and thorough. When I walked into the event space, especially knowing what it loomed line previously, I was floored. It looked even better than what I was able to imagine. I have recommended her services to several of my business associates, and will definitely be using her again and again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work within our client's budgets to produce outstanding service. Once you let us know what your budget is, we will work around it with our products and designs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We speak by phone to get a general idea of what the customer is looking to do. We then set up a consult, with images of prior work that fits within those parameters, as well as fabric samples.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certificated Event Planning (CWEP) and an Accredited Event Designer (AED)
