- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give free estimates during normal business hours for Gloucester, Camden, Burlington & Salem Counties and we don't perform any work without your authorization.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will typically have a customer show us the area of concern, we will then check out the other drains in the vicinity to determine the appropriate solutions. We then show the pricing out of a menu price book before we start work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are very specialized in drains and have our own in-house training center for drain cleaning. We have weekly training sessions and mandatory safety training.
