- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will come out to complete and evaluation and provide options to fix the issue. In most cases, if approved, he can stay and complete the work. We will waive our $49 trip charge if hired.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will typically have a customer show us the area of concern, we will then check out the other drains in the vicinity to determine the appropriate solutions. We then show the pricing out of a menu price book before we start work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are very specialized in drains and have our own in-house training center for drain cleaning. We have weekly training sessions and mandatory safety training.
