Brian was prompt, and offered a very sensible solution. However, due to the unique roll my computer plays, and its integration with other electronic components, the solution proved to be unworkable. Fortunately, I was able to solve the problem myself. Had I not been able to do so, I would have had to replace the mother board. The catalyst of the entire problem was the stainless steel retaining ring that holds the headphone jack in place. According to the manufacturer, that headphone jack is integrated directly with the mother board. You cannot simply pull the front panel and pop in a new jack. The part in question very likely retails a $1.98 for ten-count bag. Replacing the motherboard would run in to several hundreds of dollars, and I would be without my computer for an indeterminate length of time. Did I say I was glad I figured out a solution? Nevertheless, I would not hesitate to call on Brian again, should the need arise. David Houx Hamilton Square, NJ

Brian built me a computer to my specifications and it has worked very well ever since.It took less than a week to do everything I have used him 2 or 3 times and is very computer savey.He comes across as very confident which made me feel good.
