The job he took on was a bit unconventional, and possibly a bit out of his normal scope of work and skill set. Let me start by saying, Jim is a honorable, nice and caring person, and tried to do his best by me. Let me start with the good stuff. 1. He stayed with-in budget. 2. He didn't count hours, he said he would get the job done, and he held true to that. In my book that is missing from many vendors these day, and Jim has that in strides. His employee on the other hand is a bit frantic and possibly lazy. Ended up leaving a big mess every area he worked. Easily could have been avoided by using tarp. Now I have to spend a ton of time to clean up all the dust from the sheet rock that was cut. It is a lot trust me. Beware: They don't use mastic to seal the ducting, and now there is a problem with air leaking. Tape is simply not enough. Pretty much this issue is not resolvable at this point as there is not reasonable way to find all the leaks, since the ducting was insulated from the outside. I asked them to use mastic multiple times, and he was very adamant that they never use it, as tape is sufficient.....I just don't agree. Perhaps we have to agree to disagree on this. Last issue which I will have to deal with is that the duct air flow was not designed properly so that it would result in a balanced air exhaust. A bit of planning prior to starting the job would have easily resolved the issue. Now I have exhaust registers where 90% of suction is from the closest register and 10% from the next register, and these are simply 3 feet apart. Overall, would I hire them again, yes and no? If it is for heating and cooling maybe yes. But any other job outside of that scope I may have to think twice.

Jim was very helpful and made every effort to find the right part and not overcharge me. Being a woman on my own, I have often been taken advantage of, but Jim was very fair. He even came out on Sunday and didn't charge me extra. I will definitely tell all my friends who might need a good plumber.

They provided me with same day quote for installing two Gf sockets. I was so impressed I asked about the doorbell front and back, and outdoor light sensors. He was so efficient and courteous he repair broken beaker switches and ran wiring and had completed all the work . While here I had another unexpected electrical issue where the wired smore derector had to be moved according to code. He took care of that for me also. This guy was awesome and his price was unbeatable. He also gave me alot of valuable information about my house I was unaware off. Many thank to Jimmy and his team. I will be calling him in the future for any other electrical or heating services I may need.

I always try and give the customer the most professional services at a reasonable price. I may not always be the cheapest, but you will not find someone who works harder for their customers and protects their interests. The price I quote is the price you pay.

Depending on whether its a quick repair or a major project. I always try and get the facts over the telephone or during a home visit. The more details I have, the more accurate the quote can be based on your exact needs.

I have 30 years hands on experience as well as years of technical studies that I am continuously updating and adapting to new codes, products, etc. I am always learning new things and ways to provide superior service. My motto is "work smarter, not harder".
