Hi confidence in getting my printer up and running was very calming to me. He knew just what to do to get me back up and running again quickly. He was also easy to talk to and listened to my concerns. Very satisfied!!!

I didn't really 'hire' Tony; but he gave me key info so that I could resolve the problem myself. He said that the cost for him to fix it would be similar to the cost of a new one.
