I hired Mac for a fairly large embroidery project that consisted of embroidering various winter robes and hoodies for my family. I started working with her during the beginning stages of my project, pitching a basic idea and got an estimate of the cost for her part. The project spanned from November 14, 2019 to December 4, 2019. During this project, Mac was very responsive to my messages with a good response time. We were able to get the project done despite being located on the opposite sides of the country and I would attest that to Mac's really good communication and professionalism. We communicated through email, the app in which I found her services, through pictures of the various samples, and through Google Documents and Google Spreadsheets. She gave me resources in regards to searching various font designs. Prior to embroidering on the material I provided her, she provided sample designs which really helped us fine tune and bring my project together. My project turned out exactly like I wanted it, I am happy with the end result. Overall, Mac was lovely to work with. She was very patient with me and very helpful. She was understanding when I didn't understand certain processes or terminology; she was always willing and happy to explain. I would highly recommend Embroidery By Mac for any and all embroidery projects.

I spent a lot of time shopping local companies to perform embroidery services in my area and they all were really expensive. Embroidery by Mac was reasonably priced so I sent Maryann my logo and some shirts and she performed the work within a week. She sent me examples of how things would look and I can't be more happy with the final result. She was a great communicator and I plan to send my her my future orders. Thanks Maryann!
