- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fairness is the only way to go. It creates trust and honest relationships. But, at the same time the customer needs to know that my quality work will always surpass or equivalently compare to the best. I always try to find a way to price a job so that not only do I get what I’m worth but the customer feels that every penny was worth it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak on the phone with a new customer to first of all let them know they are in good hands then continue to form a very well detailed idea of the job. I like to continuously be on the same page as my customer
