Joe is a true professional! I highly recommend for all your chimney needs. I called for a cleaning and after an inspection found cracks and water damage and a broken damper, Joe gave me a complete description of what needed to be repaired and replaced. He took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions. He did all this is an extremely timely manner as well. It cost more than I expected ( thought just a cleaning) but well worth it after, knowing it’s safe and ready for winter fires! They warranty their work, which I have no doubt they’d return immediately If have any issues.

Extremely great experience, they contacted me within seconds of putting in my job request and was taken care of the same day! Awesome price using better products with a lifetime warranty. Joe was an absolute pleasure to deal with and was extremely knowledgeable. Me and my family now feel safe when using our chimney! Highly recommended. I included before and after pics. Came out beautiful as my neighbors came over to ask me about it. I believe Joe is doing the same thing for 2 people on my block.

Joe was very professional throughout the process. He explained very well the work and what needed to be done to solve our chimney liner problem. He explained the quote and the timeline very professionally and didn’t feel like i had any pressure to hire him. I called him back to do the job and he was punctual. He performed the job in a timely matter and found additional work needed to be done. He called me to performed additional repairs needed to maintain the chimney at a very reasonable price explaining everything that was done and what needed to be done. He submitted the paperwork for the permit and was very responsive throughout the process. Even after his job was done, we called him with questions and suggestions and he was very professional and responsive. Will definitely hire again. 5/5

Wonderful Experience! As a new homeowner, I had questions about how often I needed to clean my gas-furnace flu and my fireplacechimney. Joe could have suggested a regular, yearly cleaning and I would not have known any better. Instead, he took the time to discuss my system and its usage, what to look for if there is a problem, and was honest and told me I had no need for his services at this point in time. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We go above and beyond with discounts, coupons, senior citizen discounts, military, etc. We also Fabricate and manufacture all of our custom products while a lot of other companies sub them out, and we stand behind ALL of our products with a warranty. Because we believe in our products, we could make more money by using cheaper products but we do it the right way! We also buy all of our material in bulk to save money which means it saves our customers money as well as making custom parts ourselves.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are always in a uniform and greet the customers when they answer the phone or door with a smile. No pushy sales tactics. We always take before and after pictures assuring them the job was done right and completed correctly the first time. We constantly get follow up calls telling the office how impressed their technician was and took the time to explain into great detail. While other companies will just hand you a business card. Not us, we put everything in writting as if they are getting estimates we want to make sure they are comparing apples to apples.
