I’m sorry u feel that way,
But I can not give u an estimate when u try to act like a contractor ur self. On top of that u wanted me to send insurance information to some office with out signing a contract. I think what ur trying to do is get permission from ur apartment complex then never call me.

I had a very large project: all new flooring, doors, baseboards, stairway and bathroom remodel. The work was meticulously done and I couldn’t be happier.
