I will admit that I was not happy the first time Window Genie was here and I posted a bad review. The owner was right on top of it and contacted me and acknowledged my issue and apologized. He told me that he would come back and rectify the situation. He was true to his word. He came back to my home and took care of the what needed to be done as he stated he would. It is rare to find businesses that will listen to your complaints, take them seriously and agree to resolve a problem. For that reason I took down my bad review and gave Window Genie 5 stars. Them coming back and rectifying the issue goes a long way towards building trust with a customer and future customers.

The use of a Pure Water system is a very common tool used by professional window cleaners. That being said the proper technique must be utilized s well and it sounds like we fell short. Service was excellent. I had power washing done on my patios and they both came out really great. They also did all of my windows inside and out. My friend thought I had my slider door open today, thats how clean they are! Very professional and respectful of your property.Highly recommend...

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is not really too complicated, our window cleaning service is based on the number of windows and the expected time to perform the service. Window film installation is based on square footage. Pricing for pressure washing and gutter cleaning are also based on a combination of square footage and expected time required.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, we discuss the customers needs over the phone and if necessary I will visit the customers location for a free evaluation and estimate. Once we agree on the tasks and pricing, we will schedule the project. All discussions will be confirmed in writing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We continually attend conferences and seminars on all of our service lines to stay up to date on the latest trends and safely perform our services on our customers homes.
