I primarily focus on architectural photography. I use multiple off camera flash or HDR in order to capture the appropriate balance of lighting. It can take up to two hours to shoot the interior of a large home. I can also capture virtual Matterport tours and when doing so I can provide a PDF floor plan. Finally I can also provide high resolution drone still shots.
I love the challenge of creating an image that flatters a home and captures all the details important to telling the whole story.

Steve was great to work with. I hired him to take photos of my condo before I put it on the market. He had some great ideas on how to best shoot the condo. During the entire time, he was explaining to me why he was doing different angles or lighting, which made it more interesting to me. He was very professional ensuring my condo was back in order before he left. He delivered the finished product the same day. Would highly recommend.

Stephen has done a couple of photo shoots for me in Monmouth and Ocean Counties. What impressed me the most was the time he took to make sure the shots were the best possible both while taking them and also enhancing them afterward. Both listings sold within a couple of weeks. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the needs of the client and the estimated time needed for a given job. If I have to visit the home a second time because a room was under construction I will have to adjust for that. I won't ever tell a client a price and change the pricing. That is why its imperative that a conversation takes place besides the estimate. Once I speak to a client I can put together a written estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to find out what their needs are for a particular shoot. Once I establish what they need I can tell them what to expect form me as far as timing at the job and the turn around for the finished product. It's also important that they know how to prepare their home for a shoot.
