- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every booking is different. There is no standard pricing for what I do. I don't charge a service fee unless the booking is something long and vast with several legs in an exotic destination.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know ny clients their likes and dislikes. and educate them on places. After getting to know my clients the journey starts to look for a great vacation that suites them within their budget. I may take a little longer finding a place of interest for clients. Though, I like to really find a place that feels like it was made just for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
