This is the second time we hired Jonathan to help us with our central air system. The first time he came to add Freon. He was extremely nice, thoughtful, personable and showed caring. So when the system eventually broke down, we knew we wanted Jonathan to be the one to help us fix it. In fact, he called right away within a minute after I completed my project request on Thumbtack. Jonathan was timely to all appointments. He stayed to work late just to make sure we were not left in the heat. You can tell Jonathan is exceedingly passionate about his work and very thorough and he cares for his clients. He even got us a very reasonable price given our budget. If you are thinking of hiring Jonathan, I can speak from my experience that he is an outstanding hire. He never left us in a lurch. His concern was not for himself but rather all about making sure we were satisfied and getting us comfortable within 10 hours in the very hot summer weather. He installed a brand new central air system and from start to finish (including his trip to get the new system), he worked nonstop. He is an epitome of what excellent customer service should represent. We hope to have Jonathan do the regular maintenance service for our furnace and air conditioning next year. Really happy with this company, my mother is sick has breathing problems the house was very hot and stuffy. They came out very fast replaced a small part the was not letting my unit produce cold air and its running excellent. Great price and respond time thank you!

Jonathan and his staff were excellent. I called to replace my boiler due to flooding in my basement. I had received previous quotes from other plumbers as high as 15,000! Joe advised that the furnace probably didn't need replacing, just the electrical parts. He sent one of technicians out to replace the parts and now my furnace is working better than it did before the flood. I highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing and HVAC needs. I will definitely use them again in the future if needed!
