We are beyond happy with the work done by A1 Loyalty. Unfortunately, we had work done on our stairs and were highly disappointed in the result. We were desperate to find someone who could help remedy some of the problem areas and they did not disappoint. Wilder came out and was so compassionate and took his time to help us make the right decision & provided the best solutions to our problem. He understood the great stress we were under after investing in our stairs and being unhappy with the outcome. He went over and beyond (before being hired) to inspect and really put thought into what could be done. Wilder was so respectful, kind, professional, honest and patient. Fernando was kind, neat and got right to work. They were extremely organized. Everything was left clean each day and the work was done in a timely manner. I will not hesitate to contact them again to do further work on our home. We are beyond happy with the work that was done given the circumstances. Looking forward to working with them again in the near future!

Cesar and crew did an excellent job. What I appreciate the most is their willingness to look at problems and provide solutions/alternatives to resolve. A-1 is definitely on my call back list for future work. They repaired a large brick deck and power washed and resealed a paver driveway.
