Detailed Proposal — Within 1–3 business days, you'll receive a clear written estimate with scope of work, materials, timeline, and total cost. We'll walk through it with you and answer any questions. Contract & Planning — Once approved, we finalize the contract, secure any necessary permits (we handle this for you where possible), and order materials. Project Execution — Our experienced crew arrives on schedule. We maintain a clean, safe work site daily, communicate progress regularly (via text/email or in-person updates), and minimize disruption to your property. Final Walkthrough & Completion — After finishing, we do a joint walkthrough to ensure you're 100% satisfied. We address any punch-list items immediately. You'll receive warranties on workmanship and materials.
