*UPDATE*Brian, one of the owners, came by and supervised the repair of the broken window latch and reinforced the door lock to make it sturdier. Both have been repaired to satisfaction.The bulk of these events were the result of miscommunications.Original Review:My experience with this company has been absolutely terrible. I hired them to replace my porch's windows and storm door. When I accepted the upsell on the storm door, they asked if I wanted a mail slot. I said yes, and they mentioned an additional cost to cut the slot in. There was no mention of other options for the door install.The actual installation went fine, until I noticed the door--it had no lock on it. I use my porch for storage, so I need a lock. When I brought this to the workers' attention, they shrugged it off, saying that locks cost extra. No one ever mentioned the lock as an extra/premium option, only the mail slot. When I told them I didn't care how much it cost, I needed the lock. Again, they shrugged, saying that they didn't have one in the truck; they'd have to come back. Then, they asked for the check for the work they'd done. I refused, knowing that if I paid these shysters, they'd never come back. I showed them my check and then called their supervisor and explained the situation. I was told they'd come back the next day to install the lock.Imagine buying a car and then having the dealer tell you that seatbelts are extra, and then the dealer says you can drive the car home and a mechanic will install them tomorrow.The next day, they put in a flimsy deadbolt that would barely keep a locker secure and demanded the cashier's check. I begrudgingly paid. Days later, I noticed one of the window latches was broken. It had not just broken; this was the first time I had ever touched that window. I called them about it and they said they would send someone over to look at it. No one ever came.Weeks later, they call me saying they misplaced my check and needed me to order another one. Beyond the fact that it's not simple to cancel and replace a cashier's check, they tried to make it my problem that they lost my money. I reminded them about the broken window latch, and they asked me to email them a picture of the damage. I made it very clear that if they wanted another check, they'd have to fix the window. Again, I was told someone would be out in a day or two. The next day, they called again, saying they found the check. Miraculously. I reminded them, again, about the damaged window, and they said someone would come around the next day.The next day, after needlessly disassembling the entire window, they claimed they brought the wrong part, and that they'd have to order it. They put the window back together and left.This was over two weeks before this review.Do NOT waste your time and money with this sloppy company.

We are truly sorry that this wasn't conveyed to you beforehand at the estimate stage, but glad we could accommodate you by providing you with one. Also glad we could help you with fixing your window lock issue. We apologize for any inconveniences you have had throughout the process, but we are glad we could address all of your concerns and will use your comments to help us better ourselves on our future installations.
